The Chakra Meditation Sound Bath with Michelle Bearden will be a guided, meditative experience where we will cleanse and balance the seven chakras using the high vibrational frequencies of the crystal sound bowls. We will focus on each chakra from root to crown as we restore each energy center, leaving the body, mind, and spirit feeling relaxed and at peace.
