Heart Chakra Workshop

During this workshop we will dive deep into the 4th Chakra, The Heart Chakra also known as the Anahata Chakra is Sanskrit for "unbeaten" and is located at the lower center of the chest. It is the center point between to the three lower chakras and the three upper chakras.

The Heart Chakra moves love through your life. It is the center of your deep bonds with other beings, your sense of caring and compassion, your feelings of self-love, generosity, kindness, and respect.

We have all felt the sensation of "heart break" that sinking in your chest the weight and pressure. Loss of loved ones or ended relationships involving love all have major effects on the heart chakra.

Anahata integrating and unifying bringing to wholeness is what we will be working on. It is your healing center. Most spiritual traditions recognize love as the ultimate healing force.

The energy of Anahata chakra allows us to recognize that we are part of something larger, that we are interconnected within an intricate web of relationships extending through life and the universe. Let's learn how to not only be kind and love others but also ourselves!

Everyone will receive a crystal used for Heart Chakra healing along with a handout. There will also be tea that is made with herbs specifically for the Anahata Chakra.

*This is not a moving Yoga class , we will be chanting, using mantras and mudras, as well as affirmations. Ending with a guided meditation.*
