During this extended class, we align our bodies with the sun's heat to sacrifice our egos through deep meditation and concentration.
No need to be intimidated or concerned about the endurance or physicality for this class, as a firm Ahimsa policy applies, meaning, "first do no harm."
Plenty of time to rest, ride the breath, and Ohm throughout this energy-moving experience before finishing with deep, Yin-like stretching so you'll float into 2023 feeling like a new version of You.
