THIS 21 CONSECUTIVE-DAYS WORKSHOP starts Monday June 19 at 9:30 AM- 10 AM EST | 6:30 AM - 7 AM PST through the Sirius Gateway Portal ending July 9. we meet every day for 21 days live virtually. the purpose is to devote to the value of integration through abhyasa (dedicated practice) so that you have knowledge on how to integrate yogic principles & wisdom. this sadhana is focused on astrology, which is FOUNDATIONAL to almost every philosophical and spiritual teaching across all of this planet’s cultures. you will receive:
- daily astrological archetype reading tapping into overall collective energies
- nurturance in guidance & accountability
- daily devoted yoga practice for as long as it takes to build and maintain a habit (21 days)
- a special gift from our friends at The Wellness Collective out of Long Beach, CA to aid in continuing practice after we begin sadhana initiation.
