About the event
Join Priscila Parada, in collaboration with The Studieaux, for this donation-based offering. Participating yogis will learn the history and meaning of the fundamental Sun Salutation sequence. Priscila will break down the poses in Sun A, Sun B, and traditional Sun Salutation. All experience levels are welcome, as the focus will be on alignment in the postures, as well as how to use props to support or elevate the poses.
Suggested donation is $20.
