Chakra Alignment Meditation

At a basic level our bodies are made out of energy. We have energy points known as Chakras which translates from Sanskrit to "Wheel".

Each chakra governs a different part of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual body. From the Root to the Crown.

In order to keep that wheel turning and functioning in a healthy flow we must keep our chakras open and in alignment.

During this Chakra Alignment Meditation we will be going through each Chakra incorporating mudras and mantras. This will be a guided meditation. Only moving if you feel called to.
