Our 7th Chakra is the Crown Chakra located at the top of the head or slightly above it. The Sanskrit name for the seventh chakra is “Sahasrara” which can be translated as “Thousand petals” and represents a thousand petaled lotus. The quality of awareness that comes with the crown chakra is universal and transcendent.

As we are immersed in the energy of the crown chakra, we feel a state of blissful union with all that is, of spiritual ecstasy. Some describe this chakra as the gateway to the cosmic self or the divine self, to universal consciousness. It’s linked to the infinite.

When we realize that everything is interconnected and that we are part of the larger scheme of life we begin to live with gratitude, faith and trust, rather than filled with fear and anxiety.

We are guided by the higher power and we feel divinity within and from without.

This workshop will help you initiate your own unique process of the Crown chakra opening and healing.

Everyone will receive a crystal used for Crown Chakra healing along with a handout.

There will also be tea that is made with specific herbs from Roots of The Sun specifically for the Sahasrara Chakra.

*This is not a moving Yoga class, we will be chanting, using mantras and mudras, as well as affirmations. Ending with a guided meditation.*
