EPIC Summer Expo

Wannago St. Pete and Tampa Bay Beach Bums Volleyball Tournaments are taking over the Gulfport Casino Ballroom and Gulfport Beachfront for a full weekend of local activities and adventures to get you geared up for Summer. This FREE Epic Summer Expo event will feature tons of local businesses that promote healthy and active lifestyles and will include:

TEAM SPORTS:

• Watch the Pros at the Volley Invasion II Pirate Fest weekend-long tournament for FREE

• Learn to Play Ultimate Frisbee with Tampa Bay Ultimate and special guests Tampa Bay Cannons, the only PRO Ultimate team in Florida!

• Volleyball clinics with Bevolley Academy and Optimum Beach

WATER SPORTS:

• All-day kayak and paddle board rentals with Sweetwater Kayaks

• SUP yoga classes with The Elemental Yoga Life

SYNERGY RECOVERY LOUNGE:

We are so excited to have Synergy Sports Medicine and Fitness as partner, exhibitor & advisor for both the expo & volleyball tournament. We will announce some of their Health+Wellness programming soon so you can sign up early for free sessions by experts in a number of exciting new areas!

FITNESS:

• Group runs and bike rides

• Onsite pop-up gym

• Kickboxing and spin classes

• Beachside acro yoga and more to be announced!

WELLNESS:

• Reggae MERGE yoga with The Studieaux

• Yoga for Athletes with Evolve Well with Danielle & Intent Space

• Onsite physical therapy and recovery stations with Synergy Sports Medicine and Fitness

• Tai chi lessons, group meditation, mental fitness coaching and more.
