Free Yoga Open House

We want to share our updated space and experience with the whole community! Join us for one or both classes in this zen-filled double header. Start with our regularly scheduled Blend Fleaux with Brian Johnson, where you'll find a perfect balance of heat-building along with gentle release. Then, Emily Zaunbrecher will lead her signature, feelgood, fascia-based Restorative Fleaux to breathe, restore, relieve stress, improve mobility, and enhance the mind body connection. Brian will return to finish with a sound bath savasana that will leave you glowing from the inside out!
