Each class lasts 2 hours, beginning with 45 mins of Ceremony for Earth Symbiosis & Natural Nervous System Regulation and 75 minutes of healing Kundalini Kriya. Together, we will cultivate a deepened sense of intution, self-trust, and inner connectedness that is reflected in all of life through the sacred practice of yoga.
