In conjunction with Clatsch.com and Sunshine City Kids, we're pleased to offer Mini & Me Yoga -- all mothers, fathers, guardians & friends welcomed & encouraged :) This kidding around class is designed to get everyone moving! Little ones will be exposed to the basics of yoga and meditation through movement, songs, games, breathing exercises, and lots of imagination!
