In conjunction with Clatsch and Sunshine City Kids, we're pleased to offer Mini & Me Yoga -- all mothers, fathers, guardians & friends welcomed & encouraged :)
This kidding around class is designed to get everyone moving! Little ones will be exposed to the basics of yoga and meditation through movement, songs, games, breathing exercises, and lots of imagination! Parents are highly encouraged to get on the floor, be silly, and let their inner mini out :)
