Reiki Yoga

Join us for an epic collaboration of two original Studieaux instructors!

Studieaux owner Emily Zaunbrecher will guide breathing and gentle, fascia-based yoga and movement to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system and encourage a calm, relaxed state. While moving through the asanas, each participant will receive individual attention from Ashley Willis, Shamanic Facilitator and Reiki Practitioner. Using the Japanese healing Usui Reiki, she will pinpoint individual areas of the body, mind, and spirit in need of "universal life energy." She will use this energy along with powerful reiki symbols as a means to clear and heal, allowing for new harmony and wholeness within. Class will conclude with gentle, crystal energy-infused lavender oil touch.
