Sacral Chakra Workshop

The Sacral or Svadhishthana Chakra is your center of creativity, sensuality, emotion, sexuality, joy and pleasure.

The Sacral Chakra is located in the pelvic area. While the Root Chakra is satisfied with survival, the 2nd chakra seeks pleasure and enjoyment.

It’s the chakra that’s closely associated with emotional responses and often described as the seat of emotions.

The main challenge for the second chakra is the conditioning of our society. We live in a society where feelings are not valued, where passion, and emotional reactions are  frowned upon. Because of this we get disconnected from our bodies, our feelings.

We also experience the wounds of our collective cultural struggles over many sexual issues of our society. On one hand sexuality is magnified and glorified, and on the other hand it is rejected. This results in either blocked or excessive second chakra issues.

During this workshop we will dive deep into our Svadhisthana Chakra helping you to initiate your own unique process of healing and activation.

We will be chanting, using mantras and mudras, as well as affirmations ending with a guided meditation

Everyone will receive a crystal chosen for Sacral Chakra work along with a handout. There will be tea served from Roots Of The Sun that is made with specific herbs that directly assist our Sacral Chakra.
