Turn your Yoga practice into a Shamanic Journey! Become the tree, fly like the eagle, and dance with Shiva! Shamanic Yoga is a combination of a variety of Yoga and Shamanic Practices.
Calling upon the Directions, Elements, Spirit, and Guides. Cleansing and smudging creating a sacred circle. The Asanas are tribal like and free flowing allowing you to channel in whatever comes through.
During Shavasana Ashley will play the Siberian Drum taking you on a shamanic journey.
You will learn about both ancient modalities and how they are beneficial when used together.
