Solar Plexus Chakra Workshop

During this workshop we will dive deep into our Solar Plexus chakra. The third chakra, also called the Manipura chakra meaning “lustrous gem” located around the stomach area at the top of your abdomen is a source of personal power and governs self-esteem, warrior energy, and the power of transformation.

In our lives we may experience criticism, rejection and traumas which affect our sense of power and worth. A life lacking in self confidence will hinder us from living a meaningful life. Or you may find yourself over compensating. This Chakras element is fire. In our lives sometimes that spark or fire will dim and sometimes will burn too bright.

You might be haunted by thoughts that you are not good enough, and you may feel unable to draw useful lessons from life’s challenges. Let’s learn how to heal and activate this chakra so we feel good about ourselves and can live our lives to our full potential by stepping into our own power.

Everyone will receive a crystal used for Solar Plexus Chakra healing along with a handout. There will also be tea that is made specifically for the Manipura Chakra. We will be using healing affirmations,mantras and mudras. Ending in a healing Manipura Chakra Meditation.
