Starseed Kundalini Yoga Series

This 9 class Starseed Kundalini Yoga Series is designed to bring you into your power, where you discover your inner resources as well as increase emotional and mental capacity with these new dimensions of practical, use-every-day wellness.

If you are seeking to understand spiritual concepts in a grounded, non-dogmatic, authentically-rooted style, this series is for you to discover the beauty and simplicity of 'Kundalini.' You will receive the knowledge and tools you need to build your own practice by first learning the basics. This series will lay the foundation for your practice, covering the importance of sound, breath, posture, and kriya, as well as Kundalini roots.
