Staycation

Join us for a very St. Pete Staycation in the gorgeous Historic Round Lake Park across from hosts The Studieaux and The Works. For the first hour, we will enjoy a signature feel-good, fascia-based yoga flow led by The Studieaux owner, Emily Zaunbrecher, RN. Class will be topped off with a delicious quencher of Squeeze's "Staycation" cold-pressed juice blend of pineapple, orange, apple, turmeric, and ginger, mixed with either a sparkling natural wine or Mother Kombucha's Blue Rose flavor kombucha. Enjoy while you cool down in The Work's relaxing courtyard.
