Thai Massage and Partner Yoga Play-shop explores your relationship with relationships. How do we engage each other on a daily basis, and how is that a reflection of our relation to ourselves? Through this practice we learn to move with grace and intention, exploring Non-violent communication with our body-mind. Learning to listen with our hands, our eyes, our hearts, and our ears we will practice sending love and compassion through the medium of therapeutic touch. You will learn to create a safe and sacred space that has the power to ground the nervous system and allow both partners to relax into coherence and flow. You will float away relaxed and with command of a full partner yoga routine that features several easy to perform thai massage techniques.
All are welcome, bring a partner or find one at the play-shop!
