The third eye or Ajna Chakra meaning to perceive or beyond wisdom is our 6th Chakra . Located on the forehead, between the eyebrows, it is the center of wisdom, intuition and foresight. This chakra is related to the “supreme element”, which is the combination of all the elements in their pure form Light.

This Chakra unifies both the right and left side of the brain gets rid of disunited thinking. Seeing beyond sight. Once the third eye chakra is in harmony with the rest of the chakras, it is said that a doorway towards spiritual enlightenment is opened.

This workshop will help you initiate your own unique process of Third Eye chakra opening and healing.

Everyone will receive a crystal used for Third Eye Chakra healing along with a handout.

There will also be tea that is made with specific herbs from Roots of The Sun specifically for the Ajna Chakra.

*This is not a moving Yoga class, we will be chanting, using mantras and mudras, as well as affirmations. Ending with a guided meditation.*
