The Throat Chakra located in the region of neck and shoulders most common Sanskrit name for the Throat chakra is “Vishudda”, which means “pure” or “purification”.

This chakra is related to the element of sound. Through the throat, sound is spread into the air and its vibration can be felt not just in our ears, but also in our whole body. It is an important instrument of communication and expression

As a communication center, it not only allows you to express who you are and what you stand for, but also allows you to listen deeply to another.

If you suspect that you might have a blocked throat chakra, think back to your childhood. 

Were you criticized a lot by your parents or caretakers? Did your family encourage you to express your truth? Were your thoughts, ideas, and opinions valued? 

If you felt like you couldn’t openly express your thoughts and feelings, it’s likely that you struggle with an unhealthy throat chakra.

This workshop will help you initiate your own unique process of throat chakra healing.

Everyone will receive a crystal used for Throat Chakra healing along with a handout. 

There will also be tea that is made with specific herbs from Roots of The Sun specifically for the Vishudda Chakra. 

*This is not a moving Yoga class , we will be chanting, using mantras and mudras, as well as affirmations. Ending with a guided meditation.*
