Come get a strong dose of dance medicine at the Twerkshop! In this intro session, we will begin with a warm up to prepare the body and juice up the hips for action. We'll lock down our basic technique, practice our isolation and coordination, and learn choreography to fully express with our pelvis.

We'll end with some sexy stretching to leave your hips and spine open. The focus is on having fun, feeling empowered, and embracing our booty.
