This beautiful yoga studio space is located in an historic building walkable to downtown and across from a lake park. The south and west walls have large windows all along, letting in plenty of natural light.

 

The space is light, bright, and open, surrounded by oak trees and tropical foliage on the outside with lots of plants on the inside as well. There is a large area of padded flooring with mirrors on one side, perfect for any yoga, dance, movement, martial arts, or meditation offering.

 

The natural light and decor also make it a great space for photo shoots. The open space would allow for other uses, such as parties, receptions, and gatherings. There is a restroom in the back, and a little nook in the back that could be used for a dj booth or something similar. In the same building are a coffee shop/cafe and a vegan juice and smoothie place. They both have a selection of food and some alcohol.
