Root Chakra Workshop

The Root Chakra is the first chakra. In Sanskrit known as Muladhara breaks down into two Sanskrit words: Mula meaning “root” and Adhara, which means “support” or “base.” The Muladhara Chakra is located at the base of the spine. Its energy is the earth element. It’s associated with the feeling of safety, security and grounding. It’s at the base of the chakra system and lays the foundation for expansion in your life. This is the first of the chakras of matter. Balancing the root chakra creates the solid foundation for opening the chakras above.

This chakra is connected to survival. Did you feel safe and supported growing up? Do your feel secure in your life? Are you grounded?

These are topics we will discuss in this workshop. There will be about 35+ min of chanting, affirmations and a guided healing Root Chakra meditation.

Everyone will receive a stone connected to the Root Chakra which we will activate to will work with you.

You will be sampling Root Chakra healing essential oils before the meditation and activation.
